RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to handmade and 3rd party manufactured items we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us via email within three (3) days of receiving the damaged item with details of the product and the defect. You will need to supply photo images of the defective item in the email. Please allow our team to respond within 24-48hrs.
Upon receipt of email, we will contact our manufacture to examine the product and will determine if you will be entitled to a refund or a replacement. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price only, using the original method of payment.

You will need to send the item back using the information we provide via email. Refunds do not include shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.

If an item is required to be returned, the customer will be responsible for the payment of shipment and any additional taxes, fees or surcharges. Christian Designs, LLC nor any of its affiliates will be held responsible for any loss or damaged products during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please note that any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
